Lila (Leah) Roach
Lila (Leah) Roach, age 48, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Erlanger hospital in Chattanooga.
Lila was born June 6, 1971, the daughter of the late David and Deloris Everett Underdown. Lila enjoyed cooking, fishing and camping, but she loved the time she spent with her granddaughter.
Lila is survived by her daughters, Melody Solano and fiancé Carlos Ramirez, Gloria Venegas and fiancé Ever Ramirez; son, Brandon Ramirez, sisters, Roxanne and James Lewis, Cathy Bentley; granddaughter, Zoie Ramirez; and the fathers of her two children, Jorge Venegas and Rueben Ramirez.
A service to celebrate the life of Lila will be held Saturday, Aug. 24, at Hopewell Baptist Church 557 Hopewell Rd, Cohutta, GA 30710 with Pastor John Tudor officiating.
The family will receive friends between 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
The burial will follow in the church cemetery with Carlos Ramirez, Ever Ramirez, Jorge Venegas, James Lewis, Kyle Parks, Devin Parks, Terance Lewis and Israel Maney serving as pallbearers.
