Arnold Eugene Bowman, Sr., 70, passed away on September 20, 2019.  

He loved to collect cans and recycle.  He also loved to tinker with cars and lawnmowers.  Always friendly, he never met a stranger. 

Arnold is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary; sons, Arnold (Rhonda) Bowman, Jr. and Anthony B. Bowman; daughter, Crystal (Brent) Dabbs; several siblings and a granddaughter, Abbey Reeves.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, Sept. 23, at 3 p.m. at Chattanooga Memorial Park. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Avalon Hospice, 7625 Hamilton Park Drive #19, Chattanooga, Tn. 37421.
