Held Long Career With Panni Presto Cleaners

Talza Anita “Baba” Bridges, 68, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020, in a hospital in Spartanburg, SC.  

She was a dedicated Howard Hustlin Tiger.  She was employed with Panni Presto Cleaners for over 20 years followed by Top Flight, Inc.  Talza loved God, her family, friends and sports.   

She was preceded in death by her son, Darrell Bridges; grandson, Robert Bridges parents, James and Juanita Taylor; brothers, Paul Bridges and Fred Taylor; sister, Mattie Taylor. 

Survivors include her sons, Felton Bridges and Anthony Bridges, both of Chattanooga; daughter, Yolonda Bridges of Spartanburg; 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; brothers, Patrick Taylor and Nelson Taylor, both of Chattanooga; sisters, Monica Coleman, Jamesetta (William) Middlebrooks, both of Chattanooga, and Jean (Larry) Webb of Birmingham, AL; aunt, Ruby Calhoun; special friend, Kenneth Gladden, both of Chattanooga; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Talza will lie in state on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 1-5 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. 

Graveside services will be on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 2 p.m. in Forest Hills Cemetery with Pastor Earnest Jefferson as the eulogist.
