Sylvia Denise Dabbs Hines, 61, of Lookout Valley, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, with her loving family by her side.
Sylvia was born on Nov. 8, 1958 to the late Imery Jean & Orby Gene Dabbs, of Lookout Mountain. She worked for many years in concessions at Ruby Falls and served as a pastry chef at the Chattanooga Convention Center and Caterer to the Stars. She loved to sing and was an inspiration to anyone that had the honor of knowing her.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Phillip Hines; daughter, Erin Hines; son, Kelly Hines; sisters, Cindy Troutt & Dee Taylor; brother, Dennis Dabbs; and nieces, nephews and a host of cousins.
