Blair, Gladys Marie (Cleveland)

Gladys Marie Blair, 78, of Cleveland, passed away on November 30, 2021. She was born on Sept. 9, 1943 to the late William Thomas Snider and Emma Lucille Hill Snider. Gladys was devoted to her family; she loved spending time with them, especially around the holidays.
In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Coy Cleatus Blair; granddaughter, Crystal Jane Canino; and brother, Tommy Snider.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two daughters, Cleatus Marie Ferguson and Eunice Elaine Waters; and grandchildren, Levi Allan Hicks (Tiffany Michelle Hicks), Eugene Nichols, Jennifer Bishop and Jason Blevins; sisters Betty McGhee (Harold McGhee) and Joyce Pearce. In addition to these, she leaves behind many great-grandchildren and extended family members and friends.

A celebration of Gladys’ life will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 4 at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home on Friday night, Dec. 3. She will be laid to rest following her service at Blue Springs Cemetery.
