Justin James Brown
Justin James Brown, 44, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at a local hospital.
Justin owned and operated his own business, Slipstream Precision as a machinist for nine years, previously working at Fillauer for 16 years.
Justin was an avid-sportsman, jack of all trades, and friend to many. Justin would go out of his way to help his friends and family during any time of need.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael Brown and Pennye Cooper, and his beloved dog, Jake.
Survivors include his girlfriend of six years, Mackenzie Green; half-brother, Clay Cooper; Stepfather, Doug Cooper; Uncles; Tim Kennedy, Miles and Mark Brown of Panama City, FL.; Cousin; Mandy Mathis; Extended family; Robert & Cindy Creason, Aaron & Madison Meeker, Ken Johnson, Tracy Foutch; and many close friends that Justin considered family.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 15, in the funeral home chapel with Sam Wills officiating.
