Norman Brian Henegar, Jr. 48, who was best known as Brian or Norm to his friends, passed away at his home on Sunday, September 25, 2022.

He was a graduate of Red Bank High School, Class of 1992 and a lifelong resident in the Chattanooga area.  Brian was a member of Stuart Heights Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Henegar, and grandparents, Don and Ruby Smith.

Brian is survived by the love of his life since high school Rachel Henegar, and their daughter, Alyssa Henegar, who was his pride and joy; his mom, Tina Henegar; brother, Donnie (Dawn Jardot); sister, Mandi (Julio) Castro; nieces and nephews, Tyeler Hunt, Trever and Andrew Henegar, Gabby and Gavin Brock, Camden Prifogle; along with many cousins.

Brian was friends to everyone and never met a stranger. He was a lifelong Georgia Bulldog fan. You knew where he would be on Saturdays during the football season, watching the SEC in his Dawgs mancave. 

Our lives will forever be changed until we meet again.

A service of remembrance will be held on Friday, Sept. 30, at 12 p.m. at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. 

The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday and 10 a.m. until service time on Friday.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN  37343.
