Robin Marchant
Robin Sherry Marchant, 63, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on November 24, 2023 surrounded by family.
She was born on June 25, 1960. Robin was known for her funny, loving, and caring nature. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Robin is survived by her daughters, Christy Marchant-Mize (Patrick) and Amy Crowe (Joe) of Cleveland. She is also survived by her niece, Tiffany Hill (Jason) of Athens; great nieces and nephew, Christina Morgan, Sabrina Stewart, and Tony Stewart of Athens; as well as her grandchildren, Matthew Gurley (Destiny) Katelyn Gurley (Dylan), Jessica Mayo (David), Amelia Mize, and James Mize. Robin was also blessed with great grandchildren, Trinity Lowe, Riley Gurley, and Echo Gurley, Elizabeth Smith, Phoenix Bishop, Malachi Mayo. Additionally, she leaves behind several great nieces and nephews.
Robin was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Lamb and James Lamb, her sisters, Rita Pike and Teresa Sherrill, and her adult daughter, Sherry Davenport, and infant daughter Tracy Byers.
Robin enjoyed shopping, going to church at New Beginnings in Cleveland Tn., and Sunday dinners with family. She found joy in these activities and cherished the time spent with her loved ones.
The family will be holding a funeral service to honor Robin's life Thursday, Nov. 30 at 2 p.m. at New Beginnings Church with Pastor Josh Taylor officiating. The interment will be held at 3 p.m. Friday at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 12 until 2 p.m. at the church. Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave Chapel has charge of the arrangements.
