Perry W. Smith
Perry W. Smith, age 59, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Emory University Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Perry was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Tena Smith of the residence; daughter, Kellie Nicholson (Joseph) and sons Jason and Clifford Smith of Dalton, and Dakota (fiancée Haley) Smith of Cleveland, TN; parents Derryl and Tullah Smith of Dalton; mother-in-law Mildred Swinney of Dalton; grandchildren, Hadleigh and Aikley Cronic, Christian, Rylan, Rowan, Luzio, Ivy, and (soon to be) Weston Blake Smith; aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
The funeral service will be held Monday, March 27, at 2 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Smith officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, March 26, from 5-9 p.m.
Burial will be in United Memorial Gardens.
