Quintasia Tate, 19, passed away on August 26, 2019 in Chattanooga. She attended Great Commission COGIC Church and Ooltewah High School.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Elsie Moore; two great-grandmothers, Ethel Campbell and Missionary Leonia Tate; great-grandfather Elder J. C. Tate; and aunts, Brenda Martin and Maxine Jones.

She is survived by her mother,  Letisha (Terry) Tate; stepfather, James Benton of Knoxville, TN; son, Montravious Whitson; daughters, Lyric and Layla Tate; three sisters, Jada Benton, Jameesha Benton and Talivia Tate; two brothers, other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 12:00 noon until 8:30 p. m. at the funeral home. The funeral service will be on Saturday, August 31, at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel with Pastor Frankie Bates officiating.  Interment will be in Highland Cemetery.
