Tania Johnson “TJ” Hall
Tania Johnson “TJ” Hall, 47, passed away on September 13, 2021.
Tania was a 1992 graduate of Hixson High School and was of the Christian faith.
She was a former employee at Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna, but her most recent career choice was a job she loved as a professional truck driver, calling herself “the barefoot trucker” for SAV Transportation Group.
Tania was always the one who brought her bold energy into the room with her quick wit and sense of humor. She loved being with her friends and loved her music. Tania was a gifted artist and shared this talent with her older daughter on canvas. Several friend’s weddings were made more beautiful by her floral designs and creativity.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eric Hall, in 2008.
Tania is survived by her three children, Carissa Rogers, Tyler Hall, and Richelle Hall all of Hixson. Also, surviving are her father, James (Jim) Johnson; her mother, Wanda (Wincel) Morris; her sister, Tammie (Tim) Caldwell; and her most special friend, Scott Cummings. She leaves her two pitbulls who were her traveling companions and best friends.
A Celebration of Tania’s Life and Service will be held on Monday, Sept. 20, at 1 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel, in Hixson, with Pastor David Crane officiating. She will be entombed at Hamilton Memorial Gardens at a later date.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
